What is your main reason of doing exercises? It is to improve your health or appearance? I would go for health first and then appearance. What about you?

Hmm... For me it's appearance. But if possible, I would say both. Why? If ever you exercise for your health, doesn't that also improve your appearance and vice versa?![]()
Both the reasons would do. Its like 1 pe 1 free offer. Healthy people feel good about themselfs hence their appearence improves (personality) & good looking people improvise themselfs.
p.s I like the healthy part- Its make a ugly person like me to look as those wwe wrestlers. :P
Both are as important, health and appearance, but if you want preference then I suppose its health, after which appearance follows........if you feel healthy you will look healthy!
Physically fit people do have energetic, enthusiastic appeal so the outcome of fitness is a good appearance with personality.
Early morning exercise keeps you, not only healthy, but energetic throughout the day. I myself feel the difference on the days when I do exercise and when I don't. There is a spring in my step on my exercise days.
And when you feel good (and energetic) inside, you will automatically appear cheerful, healthy and robust outside.
