Yes you are right..![]()
so i take it something which you did not understand either!![]()
how many of u understood the ending and the punch of Farhan Akhtar's Don first time? I for sure did not. Took me a while to understand it was the "BAD" SRK who survived at the hospital and the "GOOD" SRK who was killed & it was the "BAD" SRK at the while.
i only understand 1 thing from this movie.......that he just copied whole movie as the earlier one nd just changed the ending as Sword Fish ended where villan(John Joseph Travolta) got survived..........
memento
the machinist
the good shepherd

well i just got Primer a few days ago...still to watch it!
I'm big movie buff... Somehow i manage to understand some complicated movie but there is one movie called "Memento" which really took me to download subtitles to understand.. Also "The Prestige" kept my eyes wide open..
The punch in The Prestige really hits very hard.
BTW saurav, why go to hollywood, do u understand Ritwik Ghatak movies from kolkata itself?
One of the complicated movies I can recall right now is Guy Ritchie's Lock, stock and two smoking barrels... Amazing movie, unique style... See it once, then see it again to see what you missed...![]()
@ Madz
Lol true.. Guy ritchie has this unique way of story telling.. Almost same.. Be it "Lock Stock and two smoking barrel", "Revolver" , "Snatch".. Also i guess he's coming with "Sherlock Homes" this year.. Just waiting for that![]()
Thats correct... I loved all 3 movies... And complicated in their own way!
I'm waiting for "Sherlock Homes" with baited breadth!
Loved "Lock Stock.."! although it's certainly not as complicated as "Revolver". although i didn't really like Revolver cause it's a bit of a drag and not much action.
so I watched Primer finally...even AFTER reading the plot synopsis, I could NOT follow the story properly. There's too much confusion as far as the time traveling paradoxes and self-doubles is concerned. Not only that, but Shane Carruth, the director, did NOT dumb down the technical dialogue for the sake of the audience.
I can totally imagine that if someone watches that movie for the first time, WITHOUT reading the plot summary first, they wouldn't even figure out that the movie is about time travel! seriously!![]()
I've queued primer in my watching list![]()
have anyone of u seen that movie.............Requim for a dream.......
