Why it's there in the address bar of the attached Screenshot, www.movies-links.tv.
Other sites still accessible are www.watchallyoucan.com and www.blinkx.com, then for tv episodes and movies, http://www.tv-links.eu/tv-shows/ and http://one-tv.net/,

And why has this been closed down? Probably a site of pirated content. That's why.
