Best Animation movie period....the guys at Pixar are geniuses.
Its sad that our very own animation movie failed miserably...Roadside Romeo...although Disney was a part of the movie

it was failed bcoz the storyline is very weak........nd the disneys part in that movie was only for approving the scenes and to promote the movie........

Wall-E, I thought, was amazing not because of its cutting edge animation but because of its simple yet profound story line - that of a devastated earth whose inhabitants now lead hedonistic lives elsewhere, but are brought back home because of the hope that a single, outdated robot and plant sapling gives them of a new life.

Not only that, but the first half of the movie is almost completely devoid of dialog (except for the simple, robotic 'voices' of the two protagonists, Wall-E and Eva). this really shows the power of emotion and action between two people, be they human or 'humanistic' robots.

these two points, along with the stupendous animation, make this one of the better animated movies I've ever seen. It is right up there with 'The Animatrix', 'Paprika' and 'Cowboy Bebop', three other landmark animated movies (that are not by Pixar).

I think even though Roadside Romeo was a flop, the animation was pretty impressive and leaps and bounds ahead of anything that has been attempted in India before

    @ Rameshjeee - You should.
The first half might seem a bit uneventful due to the lack of dialogue,
but by the end, you'll fall in love with the characters & the message that the movie portrays.

pixar was not only famous for its animation but also for its storyline also bcoz there is a rule exists in pixar that every employee must have to submit a story in every month nd after reading all the stories they suggest which one is best......nd belive me all of these employees are very well moulded to do this work..........so the final result is always best from pixars end..............i'm also a fan of Wall-E.............do ne of u know this thing that pixar took the whole electricity of california for one day to render a scene.............

I am a bit surprised that you did'nt like Wall-E. I found it very interesting with its apocalyptic theme and all. Well, to each his own choice! However, you could try watching Kungfu Panda. I'm sure you'll find this movie interesting....its the story of a lazy bear who is now forced to be a Kungfu hero coz of the circumstances.
