i dont know the exact rates.. in this site its i think 145$,,, but.. my friend brought it form US,, for just 2500 rupees.. (converted currency) 30gb.. i think if its so chaper.. its wort getting it?? wat u ppl say?? and is it available in India??

so sad............................................... no one is replying..

Microsoft already released SAN DISK music player ...it was a flop .... Now this one too i think

one of my best friend has brought both.. apple ipod 80gb the one with video and also this microsoft zune.. basically u can call him music maniac.. as no one would buy any portable music system if he/she will be having an ipod . anyways according to his review.. he said if we compare both.. then like look wise n brand ... it goes to ipod,,,
but if u think in other way.. like if u need something nice and good music at cheaper rate... u can go for zune... no queries.. he said music is great in zune.. just like an ipod..u cant feel any difference whether u are listening music from ipor or zune!! and one more additional feature is in build radio.. no extension.. no additional plugins.. like an ipod.. and i was basically shocked.. when he told me the price.. he said 2.5 to 3 k for 30gb.. i think that is great.. even if u use it as a portable hard drive come portable music system.. u have it all... waht u say shodowcon?

Don't know about Zune...Creative Zen is a similar good option... It offers more features than i-pods and supports many formats... This jack-of-all-trades can handle most audio formats, including Apple's AAC files... The Zen works with MPEG-4, DivX4, DivX5, XviD, and WMV video files... And Creative has a name in its niche... Its available in India..

ya that is there.. but any idea how much is its rate? i wanna buy something cheaper n having good memory.. as i will be using it as a flash drive also... so!

Two of my friends are using it... different models though... they got it from Dubai... But they know about its price in India too... I don't remember exactly... I'll ask them & let u know...

I find ipod overhyped, just like iphone, zune is way better than ipod...

Personally I'm not a fan of iphone either... but cuz of its price... its not so common... it has its own segment of patrons... which gives it a unique status...

I have used zune a lot, my musical frnd had it... but actually i don't find music players very interesting so don't have any... they harm the ears more than u enjoy them... already i'm an 'mp3 head' don't want to become worse ... but if i wud b buying a music player it wud b zune without second thoughts...

Same here... I'm also not into those who plug music in their ears... so don't intend to own one... I rather prefer to listen music on big speakers...

Hey buddy... I asked my friend... He told me... that Creative ZEN Vision:M Microsite - Find out all about this Best of CES 2006 MP3 player 30 GB, was selling in India for Rs. 15000/- but that was one yr. back... And Creative Portable Media Players - ZEN Vision W and ZEN Vision was a little costlier... but he doesn't remember its price... U can search for these products in any mall... or gadget store... u'll get them cheaper now..
