iPods have become a common trend these days. They have become a part of our lives. Be it jogging, exercising, travelling or even working people today carry iPods everywhere. You not be amazed to see students carrying them to the classrooms. Airplanes, malls, jogger parks and grocery stores are the most common places that you will see people carrying their iPods to and enjoy the music play. Surprisingly people even carry their iPods to office. Some say that it helps them to perform better at work. Yes the company owners do feel that they are hindrance to work but the employee feel otherwise. They say that the music playing at the background helps them to concentrate better.

I prefer the music from CDs rather than MP3.

MP3 sounds a little dull.

In India, iPod is loosing out to music cell phones.

i would buy an ipod nano soon.......

but as said by j4k in india ipod is loosing because most listen songs from cell phone.

New mobile phones these days have excellent sound quality and massive memories in them and can easily be used for listening to music.. Ipod is more of a fashion statement these days as there is hardly any need left for it unless some one actually buys music from i tunes and want to argue about the ease of use in that sense.

but for a 11 year old boy there is jno need for a mobile phone........

But apple ipods are very costlier then others...

Ya I would prefer going for mobile music rather than carrying an extra gadget for listening to music.

Well yeah ipod becomes a necessity now I think..its like that we are not complete if we dont have this gadget..what is the best ipod that you know of?

Especially during travelling the gadgets comes very much in handy.

Music have become a part of people's everyday lives nowadays. I never heard of any these days that does not really music. Everyone likes ven just one type of genra of music. I would prefer to use monile phone mp3 too either instead of bringing an extra gadget just for listening when both can do the same thing for me.

Dull? CDs? That's odd... I think CD's and MP3s give the same type of music, and MP3s are more comfortable to use than CD listening devices.
