OLED
This technology is not yet available in our country. However, the potential of OLED displays is enormous, so several companies are working at top speed. Its concept is based on an organic material with its own capacity to emit light, without requiring any additional illumination source.
OLED screens can be folded and fit many types of different ways. To demonstrate what the future awaits us, Sony introduced a laptop with OLED screen and keyboard, and a bracelet with features attractive media player based on that technology.
Soon we will have the first 15-inch OLED screen thanks to LG, however, it is expected to exceed the price of the Sony XEL-1, which is only 11 inches and debuted on the market at a price of $ 2,500 in 2007.
Screens that can be immersed in water, unique ways to adapt and bend while in operation, besides having the best image quality. It seems that the concept OLED will become part of our daily lives, just expect a drop in prices.
