Many of the people roaming in this forum, may already be using mp4 players (i am talking of the Chinese fake ones). So primarily what do you actually do with it??
you listen to music, take some pics(if it has a camera), you make videos(do), you gift it to your girl friend(who says "Thanks, i already have this stupid stuff somewhere down my dirty shelf") so i said it can be used in many ways, but actually you may not found out the extreme ways to use your "stupid fake chaaeeeneez stuff"...

One day, while looking at the features of my fake Sony mp4, i was stuck by an amazing feature that it has. That 900/- item has a very amazing feature of TV output. I thought this can't be true, so to experiment it i took the cables given with it and plugged into my old CRT with PAL display. I noticed that while the mp4's display was "black", it was actually displaying everything that i did on it,now on my TV..And "ohh!!" i said, "It works really" (this I thought)...

If you are thinking that above was my experiment, then its actually not.
I went into more depth of it. Holy crap! I played videos, music, i played nes games that were pre-loaded into it(chaaeeneez games that i never understand). So, everything that i did on mp4 player was now on the TV screen.


Now the experiment: While doing all the stuff, i by mistake clicked the camera option. And i said, "oh!!, what hell i did" but than i saw on the tv screen. Whatever view the mp4 should have shown me while the camera was on, was been shown by TV screen. The mp4 screen was still inactive.

So, i concluded that this can be used as a "security system".. Since the camera of this mp4 is not very good, but still i can say that as a security system, its output was too good. And the best part, one can also save the video which he sees on the tv..

To make it a "security system", I went to a local electronic shop and asked him for "tv out cable extension".. This thing was of Rs. 100/- (around six meters- and thats quite good).

So with a 900/- video mp4 player I made "full results-guaranteed-best quality at this price"security system. My system worths 1,000/-..

I had seen many shopkeepers using security system worth not less than 2000/- and this was also a music player..And it can also store data of 4GB(which is enough).. I ran the system for a whole day and it worked flawlessly(kept on charging).


Another experiment i did with this music player was storing nes games. These are those old games, like Super Mario, Street fighters, Nemo, Contra, Turtles etc etc.. I once liked these games and so i downloaded all this stuff onto it and played it on TV screen using it..


Battery can be replaced at a small price of 60/- (at my place)
tv out cable extension worth 100/- (for 6 meters)


MP4 Player with 4gb and camera support will worth 900- 1500/- as according to the features..
