Now, talk on phone while in the bath-tub. Yes, Sony Bravia U1 is the latest offering from Sony designed to attract customers. At this stage of life, with both development and technology, mobile phones should be water resistant. For sure you all know at least one person who has lost a phone from getting wet somehow.
Sony bets on this strategy, and launched its Sony Ericsson Bravia U1, a phone in addition to being impervious to liquids, is oriented toward the connectivity with other devices of the same company such as Televisions, PS3, PSP or player series Walkman. Available only in Japan at the moment, it's bundled with the following characteristics:
- 3-inch screen with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels.
- External screen of 1.1 inches.
- 5 megapixel camera with face detection.
- Slot microSD / SDHC.
- Bluetooth.
- TV tuner.
- Bathroom mode which reduces the noise of Water.
Available in three colours, it also has a graphics chip certified as Bravia which lets you play video with sharp quality, something difficult to achieve in this type of device.
