Motorola has made many innovative products that have made market trends (remember the Moto Razr? ) but have fallen prey to some lazzy design lately.

All that changes with the new Motorola Milestone.

Its an Android based Phone with a 3.7" capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. It boasts a 5 MP (2592 x 1944 pixels) camera with autofocus and a dual-LED flash. It can capture videos at 720x480 pixels at 24fps.

The phone is powered by an ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz processor and PowerVR SGX530 graphics. This may seem like nothing in front of the Nexus One's 1GHz Qualcom processor, but the actual phone does not feel sluggish at all.

The Motorola Milestone has a Full QWERTY slider keyboard, in fact, the milestone is the slimmest of all the QWERTY slider phones in the market ! It has an well placed optical trackpad too.

The phone obviously supports 3G and Wifi, it also comes preloaded with a lot of goodies and guess what, it supports flash !

Priced at $540 in the US or Rs29,000 in india, the phone is very competitive in the smartphone market and one I really want to get (possible only by winning the contest!)

Note:Its CDMA version is known as the DROID, the GSM version is called the Milestone.
