Air cooler are not like Split AC or Window AC, they can provide a cooling for a minimum feet and cant cover the whole room, if the room is bigger...
Think of this, you are sitting and studying or doing some work in a room and because of this hot summer you cant bare this heat.. what you will do shift your works to the room which has AC...
There is a solution for this, there are many Portable Air Coolers in the Market which provide cooling using the water, Yes power some litters of water on the provided place and the amount of litters they have mentioned..
You will get instant cooling in few minutes and you can also keep the cooler near by you and adjust the speed of it...
People who use to live in Rent house and their house owners wont allow them to put hole on the walls for fitting AC, this is the best way for them to go...


They cost from Rs5500 and above depends upon the make and the features it has...
There are many models to chose from, some may look compact and they requires less letters of water and some have build in Hot and cool air system which can come in help both summer and winter seasons...

Some info about the aircooler is incorrect.

The cooling efficiency of the cooler depends upon the size and the fan. I used to live in Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Yeotmal ... all very hot places in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. The mean summer daytime temperature used to be 44° C. We had large coolers which could cool big halls and small coolers for smaller rooms. In those days, we had not even heard of an AC, forget about seeing one.

Coolers are good for hot and dry places - they are not suitable for places where humidity is high. And coolers are very bad for electronic items.

No. That's OK.

Anyone is welcome to praise or find faults in anyone's articles. Including mine. But because of this competition, people are simply collating a lot of informations from various sources and just putting here. All these info about gadgets, stories, news items, etc. is NOT welcome unless it is collaborated by personal opinions, experience, knowledge, etc. I can clearly see that most of the articles are clever rewording of text from websites, blogs, technicals, etc. from all over.

This is NOT in the spirit of the competition.

In future, we will continue to have competitions but I promise that next time it will be based on qualitative content.

p/s. I have clearly stated that I am not in competition - so I do not have any conflict of interest here.
