Thread: buy all in one printer

dear please sugesst me, i want to buy all in one printer in price range between RS 5000-6000.

Pointing to a specific model is difficult. HP, Canon, Epson, etc. are all good brands. You will not go wrong with either. But a word of caution here - inks and cartridges are expensive and refilling is bad for the printers.

Please answer to yourself these questions first:

1. Is this for home or office?
2. Do you really need a printer? If you are going to print less than 5 pages a day, then you don't. You can easily go to a corner shop to get this done.
3. Do you need a B&W or Colour printer? Note that colour catridges are very expensive and *cannot* be refilled or very messy to do so.
4. Is your need for scanning more than printing? Then buying a separate scanner will be better.

Note that printer should be used everyday constantly; else it goes bad. Initially there is a lot of enthusiasm and vigour to use the printer; later the printer is sparingly used.
