    Default Securing my Ipod

    I have an Ipod Nano, 5th Generation..but my sister keeps messing up with the playlist....by connecting to her computer.....
    is there a way to "lock" my playlist, to prevent changes.

    Yes. Keep it under lock and key. As illustrated by the KISS principle, simplicity almost always works.

    Oh Thank you! Really helpful.

    You know what, just to be safe, I also got a new laptop and I want to move my itunes music over to the new computer. what is the easiest way to do that?

    You will have to copy the songs to the new laptop via pen drive or an external HDD. Unfortunately we cannot copy from iPod directly, a point that irks me no end. After that you will have to (re)create the iTunes library.
