Thread: Hyundai Ellantra

I used it briefly as a rental car. It is nothing at all compared to my previous car, a Lexus LS 400. Ellantra is a small car with people with a budget in mind.

Well just look at what you are competing with whome. I think it would be nice if you compete car which is in its range or shall i say in its segment. If you compare a maruti with Merc i dont think that would be any comparison.

Elantra is a great car but the main problem with it is tht it is much light as compared to other cars specially its competitor Skoda. I think hyundai should build some strong cars.

It is not that Elantra have this problem if you would look at any other of Hyundai car you would see that all of the cars are much light cars and as of the Skoda Octavia which is its competitor. I don't think that any car would be able to compete them any soon.

Hyundia elantra is nothing like its competitors. It is very light car and more over the worst thing in this car is that it has low average which is something people would not like to go for as when they can get much better thing in a little bit more price.

I have Hyundai Elantra and i would say that it is the best car but the only thing i dont like is that Hyundais has not offered Beige colour interior in this car.

ELantra is a great car but it would had been much better if it would had been offered for around 8 lac for a diesel engine. I think its wrong pricing is the main thing which had let down this great car.

Elantra is a great car and soon a new elantra is also coming in to the market which is expected to be much better then the present elantra and also it is also expected to give Skoda octavia a tough time... lets see if this new elantra can make any difference or not.

Elantra is a nice car and it's upgraded version is awaited to be launched. New model,obviously,is expected to be loaded with advanced features. But in the mean time , Hyundai Fluidic Verna has fixed it's place in the Auto Market. It's flawless design , stunning performance has made it one of the favorite sedans. Lets wait and watch how new elantra makes up it's market.

The Ellantra is a beautiful car - had it as a rental for four weeks in USA.

The problem is with its identity and brand value. It is a neither here nor there car. Its features are at par with Corolla, Civic, etc. But the Hyundai name does not cut much ice when compared with its Japanese rivals.

Ellantra's pricing also does not make it attractive - I mean it is priced less than Corolla/Civic but the people in that segment prefer a brand value that is fetched by a Toyota or Honda. Then its price is not attractive enough to tilt the buyer of Honda City towards itself.

Now that Verna Fludic is present for nearly a year, Ellantra is nearly at the exit gate.

Mithun Chakravarty is a brilliant actor but he was always deemed to be "poor man's Amitabh Bachchan" (and by poor man, it means the producers of movies).
