Has Idea already launched it's 3G services? I am planning to 3G on my phone and wondering what I should go for. Is Reliance 3G better than Idea 3G, they seem to promise speeds of 28 mbps.

They haven't installed sufficient towers right now (cant share the source as its internal news ). You will see most of the operators will launch the 3g services by the end of March.

3G service is like you have to see all the world in the animation side and take the around of the information on the mobile view. 3G is now available in the India.

Reliance 3G is horrible. Max Speed 130KBps. Network keeps fluctuating and disconnecting may it be 2G/3G and 3G/EDGE disconnects too along leaving web pages halfly-loaded always! And it takes hell lot of time to connect! Personal experience. Have ported-out of Reliance now finally!
