Idea 3G user please post your review in IDEA 3G for people those are going to IDEA 3G

Using IDEA 3G is not worth as they don't offer 3G Roaming on homerates on prepaid. I don't know why these companies are doing this as it restricts small business people who travels frequently from using IDEA. On the otherside Reliance is offering 3G roaming with homeplan rates. If you want to use IDEA 3G in your home city only then it's okay however if you are a frequent traveller, stay away from Idea and Choose Reliance/Aircel/BSNL

Use MTNL 3G ... 4500 for 6 Months Unlimited ..

Roaming Free ...

Can be Usuable PAN-INDIA

Hi. Using Idea 3g services for the past 2 months and i am very happy with the speeds(average speed of 500 to 600 kbps) i am receiving in my circle. I am in ongole,Andhra Pradesh. and especially for download purposes i use the time based plans,which works out cheaper compared to the volume based plans

now thats a real bouncer . i tried enquiring the customer care and was informed that they do not have any information regarding the amount of data we have used or how many hours we have used . really stupid.

Mera naam anil pal. Mane idea ka 3g netsetter 3 mahine pehle liya tha. Laking pichle mahine se uski speed bahot hi kum ho gayi hai. Google bhi khoolne me 1 min leta hai and aur search ko to 5 min lag jaate hain. Din me speed 40kbps aur raat me 20-25kbps ke kareeb hoti hai. Aur kabhi kabhi to 10kbps bhi muskil se hoti hai. Maine 6gb ka recharge karaya tha lekin 0.5 gb bhi use nahin kar paya hun aur 1 month ki validity bhi khatam hone aa gayi. Is speed se to mera 1 gb bhi khatam hona muskil hai. Aur ye dikkat mere akele ke saath nahin hamare area me jitnon ne bhi netsetter liya woh sab logon ke saath hai.

Idea ka customer care to mere khyal se sabse wahiyat service hai. Normal phone se to kabhi connect hi nahin hota hai. Retailer ke paas demo ke liye callcenter ka direct line no hota hai. Maine jab usse baat ki to meri complaint note hi nahin ki. Mujhe kaha gaya ki test karne par meri speed 2000 kbps payi gayi hai. Par mujhe aur mere aas pas ke logon ko kabhi 2000 kbps to kya 200 kbps bhi nahin MILI. Mere ye baar baar kehne ke bavjood unhone kaha ki unki taraf se sab sahi hai isliye woh meri complaint note nahin karege aur complaint no bhi nahin denge.#
Complaint no na dena ek bahot hi galat cheez hai. Aur mere baar baar mangne par unhone humara demo no se bhi phone uthana band kar diya hai. Humare area se sabhi logon ki yahi kahani hai. Main gujarat me dahod city me rehta hoon.

Jab customer care problem sunega hi nahin aur complaint no hi nahin dega to hum samasya ka samadhan kaise kar payenge.

Ye company grahkon ko advertising aur marketing se uljha kar unke paise, samay aur energy barbaad karne ka ghatiya kaam karti hai.#

Mai chahta hoon ki jo log netsetter lene se pehle mera review padh rahe hai wo kam se kam idea ka netsetter lene se pehle soche. Ek baar netsetter dene ka baad na to SAELSMAN phone uthayega aur na hi IDEA ka Customer Care.

Tum aur tuhara sab dost ne milkar PORTOUT karlo IDEA se. Portout karne ke do phayde hai

1) Jab tum portout karne ke liye SMS vejoge tabhi or jab jis operator ke sath jurna chahate ho usi se jab IDEA ko Registration chodne ke liye message vejega tab IDEA ne tumhara problem solve karsakta hain.

2) Yadi Idea ne koi steps nahi liya to aachhe operator (in your local) ke sath jur jao IDEA ko maro ........ Portout karne par tum offer hi offer paoge naya operator ke tarfse. So it's not loss anymore.

3) Unlock your data card and use it any GSM SIM card & enjoy.....

Idea 3G is very good. Getting speed of 3.5 - 4.8 Mbps.

its very good inetrnet speed and its speed is 600 kbps to 1.5 mbps and its working very fine but its 3g plan is very high rental....so suggest me which is best plan for my 3g idea net setter........

I've been using Idea 3G for a month now and have been happy with the service...but for the past 2-3 days whenever i try to connect to the internet i get a message "DNS failed"...what can be the solution?

Its only 0.25mbps speed for idea 3g, i unlocked it, using bsnl, idea is good for nothing.

If you are belong from Delhi or Mumbai then you should go for MTNL (3G) & from other states go for BSNL (3G). BSNL & MTNL have best cheap plan available with good speed. You can purchase 3G SIM & recharge with 3G data packs. Don't go with any tricks because you may be trap of SPEED CAP.

You should launch a complain with detail of problem through email on their web site & wait 1 or 2 days, because Customer Care Representatives are very Non-technical.

I agree with Sumit, I am using Idea prepaid card with 3G and gets charged like anything in roaming. They charge so much data usage charges. I dont understand then whats the use of taking a scheme if we have to pay extra even.

With a very consistent speed of not more than 100-120 kbps and worst customer care support this i found the best word to explain it.Now i am planning to port to airtel,kindly suggest.

Where from U r? If you are from Delhi or Mumbai go for MTNL, cheap & Good speed. If u r rest of circle go for BSNL. If speed expectation is high (more than 3 mbps+) then go for Tata Docomo, Vodafone or Airtel. SPEED is vary from location to location.

speed is good according to my experience(I've tried only surfing don't know about download)...I've used only one time just 4/5 days ago with airtel usb modem unlocked..

Idea Speed Is Very Good But Technical Support Is Very Poor...

If We Complaint Anything Regarding Net Service They Will Ask 3 Days Time To Rectify The Problem It Reputes Bad Image Of That Company N Staffs...

In Technical Person Says Saturdays N Sundays R Holiday...

Weekly 5 Days Only They R Working Giving Attendance To That Company Lolz...

If It Continues Idea Customer Go Out Of This Service...
