Thread: BSNL post-paid plan - 'Plan 725'

BSNL has introduced a new post-paid plan - 'Plan 725' with unlimited free calls between BSNL mobile phones. According to a press release, calls made to any BSNL phone is free in Chennai and Tamilnadu. To other mobiles and landline the charge is 40 paise per minute.

However, while roaming across the country, calls made are charged at Rs 1.50. Similarly, SMS is free within BSNL network in Tamilnadu and for other mobiles the cost is 40 paise per minute. Incoming calls while on roaming would cost 65 paise per minute.

In addition to the above facility, under 'Friends and Family scheme', customers can call two landlines anywhere in Chennai and Tamilnadu at 10 paise per minute.
