Asim Ghosh who was in control since the last 10 years will be bidding adieu to the firm next month. Although stripped down of power, he will continue to serve as a board member of the company. Ghosh will be handing over the bridles to Marten Pieters who is currently a board member of Millicom International Cellular. Before joining Vodafone Ghosh had served with Pepsi, Procter & Gamble. Vodafone Essar is the third largest mobile operator in the country.
