Default MTNL - One India plan Rental reduced

MTNL (operating at Delhi & Bombay) has reduced
its One India plan rental from Rs 299/- to Rs 180/- .
Phone call charges under this plan will be cheaper .
It will be effective from 1st Nov 2006 .
