Thread: Basics of Stock Market

Well I really don't no anything about stock market though I no that there is Nifty and Sensex and NSE and BSE of course but I wanna no how does it make me happy in terms of money coz I don't no the basic at as to how do I buy some share at miinimum price and in what time I'll get my money back coz it seems way complicated please specify me as a beginner nd step by step so that I might be able to buy some low price share?

Now how to start trading,

1) You need to open an account with any of the brokers like sharekhan, Indiabulls, India Infoline etc etc

2) Investment is as much as you want there sis actually no limit for that, starts from 1000 to any amount you want.

3) There are many ways of trading,
a) Trade form your PC
b) Trade Via phone
c) Trade from your broker etc etc

4) If you choose to trade from your PC, you will be given a software from your trading broker which updates the price of the shares in real time. To purchase just click the company and purchase the shares you want or sell it.

5) There will be some brokerage charges on every purchase and sell so you have to calculate the margin of profit on that and sell it.
