    Default Ansal township at Agra

Does anyone have any idea about this township? would it be a good medium term investment?

They have got two types of plots left 128 sq metres and 171 sq metres

128sq mts plot - Rs50 in advance then Rs18000 per month for 36 months and another 50 k on offer of posession

171sq metres plot - Rs 50000 in begening then Rs25500 per month for 36 months and 50 on offer of posession

At this rate the price works out at around Rs5200 per sq metre which I think is a lot of money for the kind of area it is as there is no developement in that area and its just surrounded by fields..

What say? Any one from Agra who can shed some light on this?

Any one know how far is the taj expressway going to be from this township? any sez coming up near by or anything that would add value to this peice of land...

yes i know about this area and checked out the space, it is really surrounded by fields and there is no city or market place near by. It is on the left side of agra bypass (while driving from delhi to agra), area is still under construction and even i can not see any hope of getting good rates before 4-5 years. Do you need some pics of this area

Ansal plaza mall near Khel gaon is better than all teh malls built by unitech, DLF and others in Gurgaon and Noida.

^^yeah maybe that, but most of people (specially builders0 will tell, how much ansals building may cost you in long run,..

once i was in Mama's home in Gurgaon and the electric system gone off..with a beautiful busting sound.,

i know all malls and buildings made by ansals are not bad either but when it comes about comparison they loose typically.

    ---------say cheese-----

now dont say Mama was living in a deprived ansal's. its a famous block of Gurgaon..

I think it is the best place to invest. There are many good places for constructing ansal plaza.

What details do you need? Its just plots nothing else and no one lives there. It is a good investment for the long term but if you are looking to buy a property to live then this is not the right time for this township in my opinion. There are no shops nothing atall not even a school or a clinic or hospital. You would double your money every 4-5 years and that's what this is good for right now. Agra is a dead town, only the Tajmahal has kept it breathing in recent times else there are very few employment opportunities and the water is disgusting and so is the weather.
