With the commisioning of the first phase of metro trains at Delhi we all saw a sharp rise in property prices along the streaches where metro reached and now that we have Metro in both Noida and
Ghaziabad the prices of property are on the rise along those areas. I have seen Dwarka 3 bedroom flat prices rise from Rs25 Lakh about 5 years ago to more then Rs60 Lakhs now although the rise has stopped for some time since last year begening and there are still no buyers in the market.
There is still a very good investment opportunity along the upcoming road that would connect Kundli with Gurgaon and Noida.
