Hi Guys,

I'm planning a small shop in mumbai (around 200-300 sqft) in area like near vikroli station or bhandup or vashi, bascially a crowded area.

Any idea about the amount of rent that i'll get it for. Also if i plan to buy the shop how much would i get the same shop for.

I mean does anyone know how much rent needs to be paid for a shop as opposed to the actual price of the shop if i were to buy it.
