DLF IPO coming this July
Indian real estate major DLF has said that they are not afraid of the high fluctuations in the stock markets and they are on track to launch the proposed IPO next month.
This IPO is said to be the biggest ever for the Indian market and would help the company expand in the real estate market.
DLF senior vice president-finance Saurabh Chawla said in a statement on their plans: “We are on schedule. The 10-15th July is the timeframe that we are looking at for going to the public.”
He added: “There has been no dilution in the shares that the company plans to offer through its IPO.” DLF IPO is one of the most awaited ones in the market after the massively hit Reliance Petroleum IPO.
Chawla further said: “When we started IPO process in March, the Sensex was at 10,500 level and right now also it is at the same level.” The company is confident that their performance and past record would help them do well in the stock markets.
