i think that IAS/UPSC candidate thing is totally lie......u have Essays in Mains Exam in UPSC only after u passed the Pre optioanl exam.....the pre optional exam is one of toughest in india.....out or lakhs every year only few thousand able to pass the pre......so i really dont think any one with the passing ability for Pre can write such dumb essay......
