Thread: best laptop for 30-40k

plz smbody suggest me a laptop within 30-40,ooo rs price range..
its mainly for recording purpose..so plz suggest me a laptop which has good soundcard with all necessary jacks..
overall da best within this price.

Go for Dell Inspiron or HP Pavilion series.

Dell Inspiron is the best at 40K. Don't go for HP.

is vostro 1510 more than 40k??

hp laptops are absolute crap! trust me if u dont want to be stuck with a piece of junk after 1 year..do your self a favour and dont buy hp...i have had to phase out 2 desktops & 3 laptops just bcuz hp has the most pathetic after sales service whn it comes to computers...they are printer manufacturers & at best for them if they stay at that!

What rohitb11 has said is absolutely right, indeed HP is **** but still someway or the other people end up buying an HP laptop!!

Go for Dell Vostro series as the inspiron series are **** having no sound coming at all even at full volume you have to buy a monkey's ear to listen to that!!

:lol:... ya even i have a old Wipro ACI laptop whose sound you can her only if you use a headphone else you have to take your ear to the speaker... and that is very irritative if speakers are not good

Oye......ur wrong....i can even hear fine with my own ear on my Dell Inspiron 1420. Besides, Laptop speakers can never be alternative for the real speakers. Brands put them just to satisfy customers.\

PS : also dont go for the Audio Blasty (whatever the name...not sure) s/w Dell is offering for some bucks. its just waste of money IMO.

Dear don't buy any laptop from India (hp, sony, dell, thoshiba )they are made from china all components are cheap.
after the warranty no use.
if you want a good one then import it

made in china products are distributed through out the world its not that only in India made in china products come.

as per him u can go for HCL, Zenith whose parts will not be even easily available with in warranty period tooo.. Made in India.

It doesn't matter where a product has be made what matters is Stringent Quality Standards being followed or not.

I think it might be a problem with yours only, i didnt get one thing when u knew that its a crap then why u went for 5 HP crap products
