Hey guys i am back again with questions on lappy This time it's about Sony's new release VAIO CS - VGN-CS22GH/B ..... has anybody used it??? how is the performance/battery life etc etc........ Please enlighten me with whatever info you have got......... Thanks in advance......

Well, I have never used Sony Vaio.. But they look beautiful... Heard you have to handle it with care... Not for rough n tough use...

Specifications of this particular model sounds good in that price... But I'm not really sure how good its battery will perform... Better check with someone who has used Vaio if good backup is your concern!

Hey rak (You're doing lot's of research..Isn't it Good)... Currently one of my friend is using VGN-P15G/R and he has mixed reaction regarding this product...Anyways just checked the link..Seems to be lucrative, Specification is almost same as of other contemporary laptops...

My friend had some problems with battery backup, Speakers, and most important there was some fault in left control or left shift key, I don't know whether they've(SONY) fixed it or not... Looks are obviously awesome, but you need to check the previous problems which VAIO had... May be other user who are using it can throw some light on it...

well i heard from couple of unknown sources that they have fixed the battery issue..... battery backup is quite decent now it seems...... this laptop seemed like a best buy for me........... and as far as that left shift/cntrl key is concerned, that's something new that i am hearing.... as you said may be some1 else who is using this series of Sony Vaio laptop can indeed shed some light........

No this flaw was present from very first model of VAIO, It just tend to stop functioning or it comes out of keypad(Though never seen breaking out)... But also heard that this has been rectified by SONY.. Just look for someone who uses this Lappy..May be little googling will be helpful for you if you don't get any reply from VAIO user here...

I thought i had posted in this thread, but obviously i havent maybe it was another one which was about the Sony VAIO!

The Sony VAIO laptop does look good and its a smart laptop which is also easy to carry around with you, but the only disadvantage i saw in the laptop was that it doesnt have a CD Drive, in which it can cause problem and issues when needing to install something which generally comes in a form of a cd!

i beg to differ, but i think you didn't go through the specs properly....... Sony Vaio CS series do have CD Drive.... please check here: VGN-CS22GH : VAIO CS : VAIO™ Laptop & Computer : Sony India
