I can activate my windows multiple times, on different PCs.

But dont register it, atleast i did not.

Just dont register man. Dont connect both PCs to the internet at same time. It will work fine.

then why are u concerned about oem or retail just go for pirated one.

whats the use of that without updates from the website, even if you connect one computer to get updates it will collect the details of your M/B and hardware, so when you bring the other PC's online and try to get updates it will get the details and will invalidate your copy as pirated one.
