sry fir posting here, but i felt i would not be totally off topic.

Today i saw the HP DV9 series laptop, its nos was 111 somethin.....
It was sexy black in color. Had a bright 16" screen. It was 45k.

I was like, ok, its a decent lappy....... but then i saw specs.
It had an AMD turion X2 2.2GHz. Which is decent, not bad.

But it had a 1GB ATI 4650 and a 6 cell battery.
So, in terms of gaming, at least, this will be better than an XPS16(which has a 512MB 3650).
Here is what i m talkin abt,well, at least look wise.

You may say that the processor suxs and this has only DDR2 memory. But remember, for games, its usually the GPU that is the bottleneck and not the processor and RAM.Also it costs almost 20k less (45k was including tax)

So, who ever says HP suxs, plz chk out their comp in the store, cos for some reason, they do not update their site often.

seriously which company will give you 1GB graphics card in a laptop with 6 cell battery.it's like saying a maruti 800 with Ferrari engine.

it has been discontinued by HP no more available it may be possible that the particular shop might have that piece. correctly as stated by whitestar_999.

The best part of this laptop was that it did not get hot near the top.
