| that processor is at 1.9GHz i think. It is by no means a record shattering processor, but is fine for day to day use. What are the other options that ur fren has ??? |

Rep Power: 5 | AMD Athlon 64 X2 QL-60 was introduced by AMD to compete with Intel's Dual Core Processors so Intel C2D is far head than this particular AMD Processor so no question of comparing both. AMD isn't bad its just a matter of misconception and aggressive marketing strategy of Intel. So it will depend on what kind of work your friend is going to do on the laptop. |

Rep Power: 5 | For gaming purpose he will need Graphics Card With Dedicated Memory for best performance so i think he will have to increase his budget to 45K to 50K. |

Rep Power: 2 | Don't buy HP, their service is not good, they do not even give you a CD for MB or the Windows version they install, they just create a recovery partition in the HD. Better go for Dell. You can log on to dell.co.in and configure your own gaming laptop. Intel is better than AMD as far as gaming is concerned. Good luck ! |
