Default How to Buy a Laptop

Below are some of the important points to remember and consider when buying a laptop.

Regarding memory you require 2GB or more than this, as anything will slow the speed down. However if you require more than 3GB for your laptop then its suggested that you upgrade your laptop to a 64 bit OS.

If you think that you will spend a lot of time away and then its also recommended that you purchase a higher capacity supplementary battery at the time of purchasing the laptop.

The bigger the screen the better it is, although on a basic term a 13.3 inch wide screen is useful and ideal, but it is always good to compare the laptops with different screen sizes at least for screen sizes between 13.3 to 14.1 inches.

The hard drive capacity should be 160GB, but if you can spend the extra then go for a larger hard drive as for future it will work out best.

Having as many USB ports is important, as today you have many products which can easily be connected to the laptop using a USB cable, the laptop you choose should at least have 2 USB ports.

160GB too little na ?? The HDD costs are not that much now. So, go min for a 320GB instead
