Most of the laptops i checked have very less or no graphic card!!

In that budget you probably won't get a dedicated Graphic Card. Still Acer provides best configuration in less amount.

go for DELL laptops as they are fully customisable and economical in comparison to other brands.
but depending on your needs you may also opt for Acer or Vaio as wholly depending on the budget.
