Thread: Western Digital Hard drive problem

Hi friends, I have western digital 250 gb external hard disk with me. Initially i partitioned it to 2 drives but presently I am able to recognize only one drive the other drive is not recognizing I have 3 year warranty but I do not have any bill just only the box is present please help me..............

Have you tried it on other system or OS...?

Formatting the full Drive may help you.

Without bill it will be difficult to claim warranty.
