Default Lenovo ThinkPad X300

Lenovo X300 is the next generation ultraportable laptop. It is very much evolutionary as it is very thin and delivers all the features which its users are looking for unlike Apple MacBook Air which may have great design but it is not that much easy to work with it.
X300 weighs just 2.9 pounds with 3-cell battery and 3.3 pounds with 6-cell battery which lasts approximately 5 hours. Lenovo claims that they have made X300 body with a special material which is three times stronger and 60 percent lighter then magnesium. Carbon fiber and glass fiber has been used for the lid while roll cage has been used to protect to laptop from falls and drops.
X300 comes with a 13.3 inch LED screen, 1.2 GHZ Intel Core 2Duo processor, 2 GB RAM (expandable upto 4 GB), 64 GB solid state HDD, GMA945 integrated graphics chipset, 3 usb ports, VGA and Ethernet connector, headphone and mic jacks, fingerprint reader, stereo speakers. X300 also comes with a 7mm DVD burner which is the thinnest DVD burner used in any laptop. It also has the latest wireless USB circuitry which is used to connect with wireless USB hubs and devices.
Lenovo X300 is a far better choice to go with if compared to MacBook Air for those people who like to use light and all in one laptop while on move as MacBook Air may have good design but it does not have any CD/DVD drive and also it has battery backup of just 3.5 hours which cannot be swapped for another battery which means that you need to recharge it to use it for longer time which may not be possible sometimes. So as from my side I would say that Lenovo X300 is definitely the best option to go and is worth each and every penny you spend on it.
