Default Don't buy DELL laptops

Hello Everyone,
DON'T BUY DELL laptops. I am having nightmare experience with my DELL studio laptop, which I bought in US. There is no clarity with the warranty and technical support.

DELL is HELL....pls don't go for that.

thank you for your warning or information with this kind of brand..Ive heard a lot of dell and its qualities and the reviews were good..is there any thing else that you can think of aside from its warranty and lack of technical support issues?

Same here..... stuck with Dell Studio 1535.......
They may be the cheapest around, not the best............
Don't go for Dell when you have nice brands like HP, worth every penny you pay......

yes, I agree with you. Todays dells dont have features like media direct, next day support etc, which earlier models had. I would go with HP any day.

my friend used to work for dell process in call center at mumbai. He definetely saved my money but directing me away from dell processors. Now I have 2 HCL laptops with good price-use ratio.
