I have an ACER laptop, a Nokia E72 and an Idea Netsetter.
I need to share the Netsetter connected onto my laptop via WiFi on my E72.
Can someone find my way out?

As the above user gave you link,but remember it,the more devices u share ,the lesser the internet speed you will get,idea netsetter already has the speeds in 250~270 kbps like this,
