    Default Netbook OS Dilemma

I'm about to buy a Netbook in a week but i'm in dilemma to chose Windows Xp service pack3 or Windows 7 Stater as my OS

    I've shortlisted 2 models

Samsung NP-N150 which comes with (win xp sp3 1 gb ram 160 HDD and intel atom 1.66 ghz processor)

and newly launched Sony M series which comes with( Windows 7 starter,2Gb ram,320GB hard disk and newly launched atom 1.83 GHz processor!)

budget is not an issue but if you were at my place which one you'll pick up

    Samsung cost 16,500
    Sony cost 22,500

display size and resolution is same in both models.

The Sony M series is eye candy and Windows 7 which seems a better bet... but also take into account that its got a dismal battery life...on the other side.. even samsung netbook has a better battery life, but a crappy 3d mark score and PC mark 05 score.. and both have crappy touch pads... but since OS is in question I would stick with windows 7....
