Thread: Problem in Dell inspiron

My friend brought new Dell inspiron. When he try to put it on sleep mode the system goes off and he cant wake it up. Laptop screen blank when switched on.

Ask your friend to go to any Dell customer care center. This seems more of a hardware issue. Only those people can provide the best of the solutions in that case.

I hope the laptop is in the guarantee.
