Exclamation Help Installing Sound Card driver.

I have an 'Enter PCI Sound Card 4 channel (creative chip)' installed in my computer. I installed it in Windows XP using the Driver CD. Now I need help installing it in Ubuntu. I couldn't find any driver files in the Sound Card CD for installing it in Ubuntu. It says in the Sound Card cover, that it support Linux. Anyone have any solutions on how to fix this ?

please check drivers cd again there should be a folder for linux drivers but if you don't find anything there then please check restricted software drivers and your ubuntu got all the updates or not, coz this sound card issue is now already fixed, still if there are some problems then please updated your sound cards complete model number here and is it external sound card.

It's internal Sound Card. There is no folder for linux in the CD. I have the restricted software option checked. This is the Sound Card.(link). If the driver is already in the Ubuntu package from were can I install it.

when you will enter in device manager and you will see the multimedia device then double click on multimedia device and it will automatically find your sound drier into your driver's cd.
