    Hi,

I think it's bug in Kubuntu Wubi installer 9.04.

I think installer cannot find the metalink file it needs to retrieve download locations for the ISO.

    Please refer this link

I hope this will solve your problem

Sorry I am not able to help, never tried this wubi, Always tried on separate partition. Somebody from this forum can help provided you give the details of the current OS from which you are trying wubi. As per my knowledge from this forum, many have experience with wubi.

Try it after downloading Ubuntu 9.04 .iso. Put both Wubi and the downloaded .iso file in the same folder and use Wubi again.

    Download location: http://releases.ubuntu.com/9.04/
