Thread: How to install Audio Drivers in Ubuntu 10.1

I have already used the ubuntu 9.10...
i know that the ubuntu will automatically downloads the drivers from the internet...

but, 3 days gone and my ubuntu has not downloaded any drivers yet.....
and i am totally ..... on what to do now........

i know about the root and sudo commands also....
i have also tried so many ways....
but, no drivers are installed from the net.....
i am using a pppoe type of broadband connection......

please hepl me..........
