Should atleast get the concise version... too good anecdotes with each rule and a brilliant explanation...

So many books to add to my list now, but this looks like one of the good ones.
Is the book more like full of quotes?
Is it a book only for those who work or is it for anybody?

I cant really separate..... every rule, when read with examples and anecdotes are really worth... u need a short version of it ?
