Thread: Sri Chanakya Niti Sastra

Please excuse me if I sound a bit out of order but this is the book I have been reading for the last few years and this is THE only book I can read every day.

This in my opinion is the greatest book ever written... might not sound as interesting as harry potter for some people but for me I have read it more then a few hundred times and I still read it again and again and find something new on every page... This book, if you read it with an open mind will transform you into an entirely diferent individual.

U must have lost hairs if not grayed them while reading it...

Chanakya lived in your home state for so many years... and you still havent read any of his books ..

But I used to watch the TV serial based on him when I was growing up... I liked it... But certainly, book will be completely different... Will get my hands on it soon...

Ive seen that serial as well and I used to watch it every sunday I think it was... without fail
Was it Sanjay khan's ?

Just found on wiki that TV serial was creation of the guy who played the lead role of Chanakya... Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi..

Sanjay khan produced and acted in "The sword of Tipu Sultan"... lol
ddnt need wiki this time... Every child knows it...

Btw, it seems lovelyme has read it too... I'm looking fwd to get more reviews from both of u guys...

Chanakya is anytime the shrewdest and most practical thinkers.
There is Just no sustitute for Him.
Read the book.
Its now that we come across books on "how to say no'... he was the first person.

I did'nt really like the serial as it was more on the softer and gentle side.
Chanakya was not Gentle.
