I am huge comics' fan. I have the following in my home library:

    a) Lots of Archie digests - at least 60-70, I think
    b) All of Tintin's
    c) All of Asterix (my username is based on a character from 'Asterix and the Normans')
    d) Scanned downloads of at least 400 Indrajal Comics (Phantom, Mandrake, Flash, etc.)
    e) I had lots of Amar Chitra Katha that I lost

My home library is equiped with lots of fiction, classics, Marathi literature, etc. I may be having over 200 books. I am a voracious reader and I buy books whenever I feel like.

An Archie Double Digest is Rs. 90 to Rs. 100. It is expensive to buy everyday, but I am sure one can afford a couple of them a month.

The problem with Archie digests is that many times the stories are repeated.

C&H is for kids and grown-ups both. As far as I have seen, its the most witty comic strip of all time. In the outside it is filled with wacky humor but in the inside it is filled with dark satire and some crazy views on life.

The boy in that strip is named after John Calvin, a 16th-century French Reformation theologian and the stuffed tiger is named after Thomas Hobbes, a 17th-century English political philosopher. As u can see, the names were also chosen very carefully. Once u start reading C&H, there is no turning back.

It's one of those comics where you can read it over and over
again and find it funny each and everytime ;-)

Reading comics was the best time pass.I was so efficient and fast in reading comics that it used to take me less that 12 mintues to complete a 48 page comics. There were times when I could read 6 comics in a day...

Yeah I read comics more than my coursebooks... But still some how I manged to rank in top 10 out of 60... And mind u... I was in best school in my state... So, that ranking was something I'm still proud of... I remember I was caught reading comics while lecture was on in 6th grade....lol But no regrets...

Now I read novels whenever I get time or always while traveling... Never dared to read M&B... My cousins were huge fan...
