becuase care about my health, you can call me selfish

Smoking Indeed is a bad habbit but I don't call Drinking a sin if you drink in a limit. Smoking gives you nothing rather it takes from you, your health your money and your time too.

Well I want to know like if smoking can be justified in cold weather, like does it help in any way in those conditions. ?

I am none of the smoker or a drinker but i still presume that drinking will give you more relief that smoking when in chilly conditions.

the way i got my brother to quit smoking was to constantly nag him, make fun of him , show him the ill effects of it (which is a loooong list), tell him about the ~3000+ chemicals and elements that go into his body with each puff, and what not... he finally did quit after 2 months.

in fact his acting on my coaxing would always be a mystery to me...

but a strong inner decision to stop shud exist... i had tried smokin 1.5years ago (i wish i hadn't ).... but quit after 3 months and 3 packs, just decided i wud not be the puffing chimneys that i've seen around me...

why destroy something as beautiful as ur body??

and i am glad i did and it was then that i made him do it.

hope my tips help a bit... but yes, beware smokers can get on the offensive with you if you overdo all these steps just a bit... we were brothers so it worked out, they are husband and wife, so things can get complicated.

first tell her to try and get the limit to which he can gulp the advice down without trouble, then follow that limit everyday... hopefully he'l mend his ways.

btw, smoking specially affects one more thing, which is specially important for the couple, i don't know whether the conservative Indian society is ready to hear that so i won't post anything bout it here, but u shud get the clue...
