What is the limit this parameter is vary one person to another person and deference has present in each cities and villages.
Kissing mean all kind of kiss why all the time lovers only hold the hand because of other person will protest it what is the problem of others if lovers kiss each other.
Another what is the morality in India about kissing ?Do you want to mean Indian culture & heritage then if you look old age Indian culture that time i think lots erotic art present in Indian temple(specially Madhya Pradesh,Maharashtra,Orissa,Rajasthan) but unfortunately Indian culture had been changed from the middle age and again this is changing in modern era so we all have to accept it.Finally culture is such thing which is similar to water flow of cascade it's changing in each and every movement.

I think we are just spreading this topic to another direction the main question is
Kissing in Public: Ok or not OK or not.
I feel that's the question of 'certain limit' or 'vulgar' this parameter are not same to every one so it will be very contradictory unless our society think it wide mind and just neglect such matter because we can't create a proper definition for what lover will do something like time limit.But the problem is our society and many person are still conservative and middle ago shadow is still present in their thinking also lot of the person not educated enough.So question of right or wrong is not matter our society will take lot more time to become liberal.

I have always loved public displays of affection. But it should occur naturally. Some tend to overdo it (i have come across plenty).

BTW am surprised by the news posted by Rameshjee. How can a hubby and wife get caught kissing? I mean are they too busy with their lives that they hardly get to spend time together at their home, and thought of kissing in the road/park/car ?

Certainly not. But why take risk, when they have a fully furnished bedroom waiting for them. They need to control their urges instead of kissing out of the blue? And see what it has brought upon them. Undue publicity. Surely i dont wanna be known all over the internet and be subjected to discussions in forum, over the deeds i did with my wife, just because i was careless !!

Surely man need to learn to tame his urges. Else he is no different from an animal.

According to me kissing in public is OK there is nothing bad in it, thats the very simple way of showing love or affection, i got a bald(ganjaa) friend, most of the times he looks very cute so if i kiss him on his head thats just a simple way of showing affection and if i meet any of my friend after a long time and i kiss her in public then its 100% acceptable.

Kissing in public is OK but it should not be indecent.
