    Default Diary

There are a lot of people who keep a diary, I did start once but never was able to keep up with it and didn't really have the time to write! Although during the time i did, i kind of enjoyed it for a while!

How many of you have ever kept a personal diary, and how long have you been keeping it for!

Do you think that a dairy can help you in life, maybe to express yourself better or make you feel good!

    What are your views?

I used to write when i was in school & college but once i joined MBBS i really didnt get time to write it. Once the habit is gone then its gone.

I still have it and i read it sometimes & i feel so good by reading the silly things i did at that time and (love ) etc etc....

I think it will help in over coming the stress we have, by remembering old times and good moments we will forget our stress for sometime and can refresh the mood.

I think the main advantage of having your own diary is that you can share what you feel and how you feel, in a way its like sharing with someone and having someone listen to it, although its not realistic! You realize what your doing wrong and therefore

I think I should start writing a diary again!

My entire diary is in my head. I just recall any page whenever I want to.

Preeti, Seriously I wasn't being sarcastic. I don't write diaries but I remember
most of the things very clearly throughout my life. It is just like I wrote
a diary but in my brain. Sometimes I sit back and just think about
certain events or days and it is just like reading back what I wrote.

Oh ok! That's good, you see people like me don't have time or the relaxed feeling to actually to sit down and think like that, so maybe write down things is an easier option!!!!!!!!

But its good you can do that, wish i could!!!!!

I used to write diary. I wrote for 8 continuous years, from 1999 to 2006. After that never got time for that as I was really busy with my work. Even now when I read my diary, I just see my school/college days in front of my eyes.

In fact I have a box (size of an suit case) in which I have all those greeting cards, gifts, slam book, etc which I got till now & including the diaries. Its a treasure for me.

i guess tht the best way to keep ur memories with......things which u ve experineced, loved, hated, enjoyed, disliked, etc....cannot jus be relived for sure..... writing it down yes surely at times helps but i wonder some times its difficult to express in words the feelings tht u ve lived.

i too dont write a diary.....its always there in my brains......

I don't see anything stupid about that! Why do you think its stupid that you kept a diary about your judo?

Sometimes when you know no one will listen to you or you will just annoy someone with what you ask or say, its a simple diary that allows you to feel a bit easy. Although it doesnt make much sense because its just a plain notebook your writing in, but for the past few days its helped me get out what im feeling!

(hume Chori nahi karni chahiye thi but who cares )
i wrote some bad stuff about some girls of my class(about their new affairs and all)and it was circulated. Gosh, now those guys are my friends and the gals hate me the most.

I too use to write a diary .......... and really did like expressing myself {although it was mostly based on girls ; including some good movie reviews/scenes}.....
    i.e. Full of private topics/notes ........

So was quite afraid of my diary getting into my parents hands
..........but then after sometime just lost the passion of continuing to write a diary ....

but would love to restart again ................
