Thread: Which style is better for article writing?

I want to know which style is better for writing technical article :-

1. Technique of Q&A like I did in never be caught while using p2p.
2.Writing article in fictional story mode which tells the all technical part but make it interesting to read.

There is a simple style also but I like to follow first one given here. I am trying to use second style.
PS: Kix uncle, will you going to help me find out grammatical errors in my article. Your suggestion in this regard will be most welcome.

What I wanted to know was when to use first & when to use second? Can't distinguish. I am finding my article crappy in second form.

That depends on the topic, more over it depends on you. Write it as you like, we are to comment upon!

What is then funny?

You can use any style, but just make sure the article is like broken down into paragraphs so that's interesting to read and doesnt look too bulk, well its what I think.

two things to avoid - sms language and spelling/grammar errors.

What about grammatical errors?

As far as the contest is concerned I will not help anyone. I am sorry for that but as a board member that will not be fair to others. Moreover, who says that I am good or can help?

I have a suggestion however.

1. Sentences should be short and crisp.
2. They should be easily be understood by a 5th grader or lower.
3. Avoid being too technical unless really justified
4. Use active voice

With MS-Word, you can use the Word built-in's to help you a lot:

• Create you article in MS Word or any WP of your choice.
• Follow these screens:
  word options 1.png
  
  word options 2.png
• Word will automatically point out spelling and grammar mistakes

Don't have MS word. But Kix you can help by sometime pointing out errors like you used to do earlier in my posts. It will improve my grammar.
