well, its hard to point out one book as the most fav but if i gotta do this, i must say........"The Mysterious Island" by jules verne.
as for human drama type, my fav is "wuthering heights" , no one can beat my pal Heathcliff. A real tragic hero.

All of them.

4. Journey To The Center Of The Earth - Jules Verne

Jules Verne has some even better books:

1. Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea

3. The Clipper of Clouds

Some classics worth mentioning/reading (in no particular order):

4. The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas
5. The Mayor of Casterbridge by Thomas Hardy
6. The Country of the Blind (short story) by H G Wells

It's already there...the bestseller

Have you noticed that you pick any fiction, that will be surely quoted with the "The No. 1 Bestseller"

the last part of ur comment was not properly understandable to me.
I guess i read any fiction/non-fiction i can lay my hands on and which doesnt make me fall asleep. even untill one year ago i didnt have to do any housework or real-work so i just spent my time reading ,gaming and hanging out (also studying occasionally). Thats the only reason i finished many books and games.

i also use to read in traveling and in boring time.

i just started to read the "around the world" book while going to a native place, because of the interest of the story, i just read it full, continuously.
thats it.

Yep. That is true. The said book achieves the bestseller status for a week or so and then they put this tag on the book.
