Don't be too excited man... That means if you live a double life, i.e., with a wife & a mistress, both will have equal rights on your property... In a way, "loss" of wife, "gain" of 'other woman'... Biggest loser will be the man involved in extra-marital affair himself... And in general, another law protecting rights of women... But I'm happy...

BTW. We can't think like our society is bad and we can do nothing but go with the flow. We need to change ourselves first.
The society is formed by people like us after all. :22:

What name would we give to that relationship ?

Physical relation isn't required but its the most important way to share or express ur love... doesn't matter whether a couple is living together or not... If u love someone its quite natural to talk to her romantically, to touch her, to feel her... its in human nature... people in love do get physical without living together... if u don't agree with physical relation... u don't agree with love!! its the sacred & strongest bond in between any couple in love... Thats y they say "Lets make love"!!

Default Women in live-in to be given wife's status: Maha govt

Women in live-in to be given wife's status: Maha govt

It's only a proposal and still many steps away from becoming the law, but it has already sparked off a debate.

The Maharashtra Cabinet has proposed to provide live-in relationships a legal standing and give women in live-in relationships the status of 'wife'.

The move comes after Justice Mallimath Committee of the Supreme Court recommended that all states turn this into law.

The Committee observed that if a man and a woman are living together as husband and wife for a reasonably long period, the man shall be deemed to have married the woman.

The state cabinet headed by Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh has cleared the proposal.

The Mallimath Committee had also suggested that the word 'wife' under the Criminal Procedure Code, be amended to include a 'woman living with the man like his wife,' which means the woman would also be entitled to alimony.

Last January, the apex court too held that live-in relationships should be treated equivalent to marriage.

I agree with you...Physical relation is a way of expressing love...
But now a days how many of the guys are really commited.
I have seen guys making love with more than 1 partner....
There must be some loyality towards ur partner....

Iam not against making love,I am gainst making love with more than 1 partner.
